Event: Zadar Wine Festival 2020
Zadar Wine Festival, a growing wine expo in this part of the country, will be held on 27th and 28th of March 2020. For wine industry professionals it will be a very important weekend to pencil down in their planners, but all wine lovers who find themselves in Zadar area at the time would also be wise to give it a visit.
Beautiful city of Zadar is growing in popularity as a travel destination on Croatian coast, but is also gaining more acclaim than ever as a region for producing great wines. It is therefore no surprise Zadar Wine Festival is growing each year. It is now the biggest wine festival in Dalmatia (coastal region of Croatia). Event will be held at Zadar Arsenal – one of the historical landmarks of the city, over 500 years old. This impressive building will play host to numerous wineries from all corners of Croatia on 27th and 28th of March. Seeing how Zadar area is one of the fastest growing wine making sub-regions of Croatia, it goes without saying there will be a strong local flare to the wines exhibited.
